Great little B&B with very warm and friendly staff. It is conveniently 5 minutes from the historic center. The rooms are clean and lovely. Would definitely go there again.

Highly recommend this wonderful b&b. Owner was lovely and so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Property was quirkily styled and spotless. Breakfast was amazing - much more than i was expecting for the money. Was only a short walk from the walls too. Highly recommend staying here. Excellent 100 stars 🌟

Great value in a well run and beautiful BnB. The breakfast was fantastic for its variety, quality, and especially its service. What great people work there! This quality was provided at a price lower than we paid for much less attractive properties. Bravo!

A colourful overnight stop

This small hotel sits in a tree lined avenue of fine villas just 5 minutes walk from the northern gateway into the historic city centre. It had a secure car park and included a buffet breakfast in the price. The brightly coloured paintwork inside and out was a surprise!

A value-added B&B.

A very unforgettable Lucca B&B.The location is only 15 minutes' walk from the old city.The accommodation is an old-fashioned villa with three floors, with its own independent yard and parking space.Breakfast here is also very rich, comparable to a 3-star hotel, but please don't forget that the price here is less than one third of that of the hotel.In short, this B&B has given me a lot of surprises, and I will choose to live here if I come to Lucca again next time.

Situated in a leafy area of old mansions , it is a 10 minute walk to the old city(40 minutes to the train station). Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is one of the best cold breakfasts I’ve encountered. The noise from the road will bother some, but the hosts are obviously aware as they provide ear plugs at each bedside

Fabulous place!

The building was beautifully refurbished, rooms were comfortable and very clean. They had nice towels, glass cups, a selection of teas and clean electric teapot. There was even a makeup mirror with a good hair dryer. The parking space was the cherry on the cake. Sabrina, the nice lady at the front desk, was beyond wonderful and helpful all the time. The buffet breakfast was delicious, great cappuccinos. It was a fantastic experience! We traveled with our three teenagers, and they loved it. We’ll be back! Thank you!

The hotel provided a wonderful breakfast. The staff were really helpful and carried our bags to our room as there is no lift. The hotel is a walkable distance to the old town in Lucca. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
