"The room was large and the view from the top floor could not be beat. Having a balcony to sit on and enjoy the spectacular view was special. The hotel was convenient to Bar Harbor and Acadia. It was nice that the free bus came directly to the hotel for pickup so one didn't have to deal with finding and paying for parking in Bar Harbor. The staff was friendly and we appreciated having a free breakfast each morning."

"The staff at Bar Harbor Manor, particularly Christopher and Constance, were delightful. Constance greeted us in a very friendly, upbeat manner upon checking in. She was very helpful with trail suggestions, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Christopher was a very big help with restaurant suggestions, going out of his way to look up current information, as well as providing great tips on food, ordering, etc. He was very pleasant just to have a conversation with on about any topic, and presented with a good sense of humor. Christopher even provided us with grab-n-go food items for the morning, since we planned to head out early before such items were available at 7:30 in the morning. There was always fruit and delicious cookie bars available in the lobby. Parking was easily accessible. We could walk downtown which was a short distance from the manor. Our room, the bathroom, and all the facilities in general were very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay at Bar Harbor Manor. Not one complaint!!"

"The hotel is located right in Bar Harbor, just a very short walk to the town center. Since most hotels in Maine tend to be quite old, this property was a wonderful surprise—it’s relatively new, and the rooms are both spacious and clean. They also provide complimentary breakfast, which was actually quite good. Highly recommended!"

"This is the best Best Western we've stayed in. We had the family suite and it was spacious. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. By far, the most impressive feature of this hotel are the staff. Due to my mistake, we had to transfer to another room for one night. The staff were so helpful in getting us into the room quickly. Jordan, the gentleman behind the counter, even jumped in and helped clean the room for! Later that evening, one of the staff members returned a pair of glasses that my daughter had left in the old room unbeknownst to us. All in all, the staff and service here are better than the luxury hotels we've stayed in before. They really go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you!"
