"The house was amazing! Loaded with so much from dishes and linens, indoor and outdoor games that everyone enjoyed. Jill and Jed were amazing hosts who responded very quickly to any questions we had! The views and wild life from the deck were beyond beautiful. Easy travel to Bar Harbor, Winter Harbor and Acadia National Park. Maine was a bucket list destination for our family and because of this stay, we’d definitely come back!"

"Tastefully decorated in nautical/ coastal theme. Every gadget and gizmo you might need in the tiny kitchen is there. Well stocked bath and kitchen towels. Extra blankets, extra pillows. There is no detail overlooked. Do keep in mind that it is correctly described as rustic.The host is responsive, flexible, friendly and awesome overall.The surroundings is old time Quiet Maine lobstering village with hard working locals and it is all so magical. As you pull into the driveway the view will grab you and it won’t let go, even after you’re long out of sight."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Ben was incredibly helpful in recommending things—there are about a kazillion things to do and places to eat in the area and in Bar Harbor, and his guidance helped us to have a great stay. The house itself is awesome—lots of character, with bathrooms for everybody! Kids loved the beach across the street—tidal pools, wading, playing on the rocks—they spent ages out there. I can’t recommend this property or the Schoodic peninsula enough—it’s way cooler than the Mt Desert Island side of Acadia. :)"

"This property is perfect for a large family and group of friends. Huge yard, great pool, wonderful views, and peace and quiet! We loved waking up each day and watching the lobstermen check their pots and hearing the bell bouys in the distance. The house was clean and well appointed. One note for travelers though: they only give you two trash bags (tall kitchen size), 1 roll of paper towel, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. If you are staying for a week (like we did) and have a full house, definitely plan on bringing your own."

"My husband and I stayed at this gorgeous property for a week during our annual hiking trip. The property was just as described. Clean, excellent host communication, and easy drives away to trail heads! Absolutely loved it. Would love to stay again."
