"A beautifully-designed room in an incredibly quiet hotel in a neighbourhood that we loved. On a quiet residential street within walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit, including the football stadium and restaurants and coffee shops of Laureles. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, the shower and bath products provided were lovely, the a/c was strong and functional, and we enjoyed the small balcony and the view of the surrounding mountains, especially at night. "

"The cleaning staff la Señora Luz Maria went above and beyond to assist me with things I requested!! Ms. Eva was also extremely helpful. I used Expedia to book my hotel stay and they double charged me and she was so pleasant and worked with Expedia to ensure they refunded the extra charge!! All the employees of this hotel were exceptional!! The hotel is beautiful with views of the city especially from the roof top and the pool!! Definitely top notch hotel and the service was also amazing!! Definitely my 1 choice when I come back to Medellin!! Thank you!!! "
