"We will be going back to this hotel. Even though location was in a little bit of a shady area, it felt safe to walk to 16th St Mall. The security was good, had to use room key to go up and down on elevator. Parking was NOT good, had to register online to get a cheap rate and park 2 blocks away. Front desk service was excellent, friendly and efficient. Room and bathroom were super clean and modern. TV and all other equipment/electronics worked! Breakfast had very good choices. Only complain, swimming pool was in basement and needed to be updated. "

"Bed was comfortable, pillows ok (not my preference), had to unplug the refrigerator because it was sporadically making this loud humming noise, beautiful and large bathroom. There were some weird stains on the floor, otherwise it was very clean! Airport shuttle was great and timely! Breakfast was standard hot hotel breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel."
