"Honestly, this place is fine if you just need to crash for a night, but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer. The room was only so-so when it came to cleanliness, and every now and then there was a weird smell—kind of like cat pee or something. A couple of the light switches didn’t work, and neither did the ceiling light. The outside of the property looked a bit shabby too, and the washer and dryer were both out of order. That said, the staff was awesome. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly,...

"This is our second stay at this property. We were there during the recent blizzard and felt right at home as we hunkered down and watched the snow pile up. Our dog loves the backyard and the neighbour's came together to dig each other out. Highly recommend this little place. This is our go to every time we come to Denver!"

"Our Host was very helpful with any questions we had. Property was in a good location to get to different sites in the area. It was nice to have a grill to use since the place only had a kitchenette with a toaster oven. The patio was nice to eat breakfast at or relax in the evening."
