"My family and I had an amazing vacation here. Host was responsive with everything. Amenities in this home are unlike any other. The host thought of everything you could need. My family and I planned to travel to another beach one day of our vacation and we changed our plans and stay at the house the entire vacation no one was bored. No one was on top of each other we had ample amount of room fitting the maximum number of sleeping occupancy. Next family trip we plan we will definitely be looking to stay here again. If you are hesitant or not sure on booking this home, just do it. We also booked their sister property amazing as well. "

"Our family recently stayed at the Country Club Residences at Grand Reserve, and while the space itself was a definite plus—it was spacious and well-equipped to accommodate our entire family, including thoughtful touches for the youngest member—there were several areas that need improvement.First and foremost, safety is a concern. The bottom door that granted access to our condo remained open 24/7, which felt very insecure. Additionally, when returning to the property after a full day out, there were times when the security guard was not at the gate, which was frustrating and concerning.Cleanliness was another major issue. The kitchen area had a noticeable ant problem, making it difficult to prepare meals comfortably. This seems like an issue that could be resolved with routine pest control. The bedrooms and bathrooms did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and the presence of Christmas décor in June suggested that no one had been in the unit for quite some time. A good dusting and fresh bed linens would have made a world of difference.For the price point, I would expect a higher standard of cleanliness and regular housekeeping to be included. Overall, while the unit itself has great potential and worked for our large group, these issues significantly impacted our experience."
