"We had a wonderful time in PR. The villa was comfortable and as described. The hosts, Ana and Ian, were always available to address questions and provide recommendations, including to some wonderful local restaurants. The location was perfect for leveraging the amenities in Rio Mar as well as a launch point to Luquillo, Fajardo, and nearby El Yunque. The golf cart to get around the complex was a nice perk, allowing us to catch a couple of beautiful sunrises. Overall a very pleasant stay in a beautiful part of PR!"

"This place is beautiful, just like the pictures. This was my annual family trip; there were 7 adults and two teens (13/15). There was room for all of us. My nieces slept on the bunk beds, and the beds were very comfortable, and the bunk beds were very sturdy. All the beds were comfortable. There is a laundry room; we purchased our own detergent. Also, there are brooms and a dustpan in the laundry room. We made sure to sweep up every morning to keep the villa clean.There is an outdoor balcony with a table and four chairs; we all took turns using it. Early morning coffee with the view was so relaxing. The dining table is big enough for 8.The hosts were both so great and attentive. One of them called me two days before my flight and filled me in on the do's and dont's and gave some basic information. The day we arrived, they texted, and they knew my flight had arrived, and they told me they would be heading to the villa to meet us. One of the hosts met us and went over everything in detail. The resort is gorgeous and safe and in a great location, 10 minutes from the Rainforest, and 15 minutes from Luquillo Beach,30 minutes from Fajardo. We truly had a great week. This was our first stay at this location; definitely not our last"

"We had a great time at this property. Everything worked well. The AC was cold, the rooms were spacious and in a nice location. Just to be clear- there is no pool, no washer and dryer, unless you have a long stay, no dishwasher, no ocean view and 30 steps from the parking lot. If you’re okay with all that, you should really enjoy this property. There is plenty of free parking. We ended buying a day pass to the Riomar pool complex as there is no way you’re getting into the Beach Class pool in the picture as merely a guest at this property. The property faces a large tropical garden and the golf course is visible from the porch. Less mobile guests can enter from ground level, walking over 50 yards of grassy terrain, but the parking lot is up the stairs. A car is a must. While we enjoyed the walk from the condo to the beach, it is over a mile in the humid heat. We had easy accesss in and out of the cluster gate and Riomar with our rental car. Entering the property was very confusing on Day 1. Do not follow the gate entry instructions in the website. They will text you with completely different access codes in the app as your date gets near. It can take up to 24 hours for the guy to answer you, so make sure you read all the instructions they text you. Again I give it 5 stars because it was very nice and relaxing,"

"Omar, was great, he thought the the energy company was gonna do extensive repairs to transformers in the area so our booked days would be cut short not only did he let us stay until work began he refunded the money, when the day came the work didn’t affect our villa so we stayed for the rest at a reasonable price, thanks Omar , your the best great experience "
