"The property was just as it was posted. The location was good. The upper level is so nice and relaxing the breeze is very refreshing. Steps to a gated beach with beautiful warm water. It was quiet and peaceful. The pools were clean and warm. The house was equipped with everything we needed even beach towels and chairs. The host was very quick to communicate and very nice. "We traveled to Puerto Rico to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and had family stay with us. The condo exceeded our expectations. Pictures don't do it justice. The property was well maintained, secure and had all the amenities we were looking for. The condo was well stocked, including beach extras so travelers can focus on spending time on the beach and exploring the enchanted island of PR."

"If you want a peaceful , close to beach, beach view and well maintained property then look no further. This place has everything if you want to unwind. This place has a beach view and if needed you can just walk over to the inviting ocean. This place also had a swimming pool that my kids loved. There were friendly guards and gated community so it never felt unsafe. The place came with enough beach gear that we used all of it during our stay. The 4 ACs were the best part as it cooled the rooms down within few mins. There are local vendors and food places within 30 min drive, in case you feel the need to shop or eat. Obviously if you need more choices, you can always head down down to other towns or san juan but we loved the local flavors. The owner(Rafael) was super responsive. We had two issues with parking spot and door pin not working. But all was sorted out with little help from Rafael. Overall we had a calm and relaxing stay. We definately would come back again."

"Property is in a great location to access El Yunque and east coast activities. Very quiet and secure area where the condos are, grounds were very clean and well maintained. Access to a nice beach with not many people. 1 pool was under renovation but there are 3 others available so this wasn’t an issue. Condo is clean, AC’s all work well and laundry included. Good value for the rate.. I would stay here again. "

"Listing sleeps 8 and claimed a "fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances" yet there were 4 spoons, 5 bowls, 6 dinner plates, a set of pots too small to cook noodles for more than 2 people at a time, and no baking sheets/pans of any kind so the oven was unusable even to cook frozen pizza. The bottom of the oven is literally rusted out and one of the main stove burners only went to HIGH regardless of temp knob setting - and then did not turn off when the dial was returned to OFF! Had to jiggle the dial vigorously before it finally clicked off. I reported this safety hazard and was asked not to use that burner anymore. No one came to fix or disable the burner. Only one bed was made up with sheets and blankets when we arrived despite registering 5 people; only one small washcloth was hanging in each bathroom with no bath towels at all. When I complained and more sheets were delivered, there were only enough for a second room, not all 3. One of the bunkbeds was broken and sharp, rusty rod was exposed.No beach key was left in the apartment and the code for the lockbox outside had to be reset before we could access it so we lost our first 2 days of walking to the beach rather than driving. Additionally, our reservation information was not shared with Aquatika in a timely enough manner for them to be prepared for our arrival so we were forced to wait outside the gate for 45mins when we arrived. When I asked for a refund Otium stopped communicating entirely."
