"The room had a smell and the shower was light. Floor was really scratched up in our room."

"Staff were moody. They also had an indoor pool which looked great but we couldn't use it because it was seasonal??? Who has an indoor pool which can't be used all year? We purposely book hotels that have indoor pools. Won't be back."

Left for lunch and day clerk thought she was more important than guest with her car pull at the guest drop off area( it was raining) So when got wet on our way to Easter Dinner "
