"Treated my friends to a weekend stay for their 25th anniversary. They LOVED it. They took advantage of spa treatments, fitness classes, restaurants on site, mixology demo, and s'mores by the poolside. The staff was very friendly and personable. They will certainly return soon. "

"Beautiful property with great resort amenities Food sadly is below average. Service in some sections of the property was great. Room was clean, balconies have no lights so outside seating in the evening from room is very limited. Pools and resort activities are well planned and excellent. "

"Every person ,other than 2 staff members ( possible manager with a supervisor talking about rooms) said hello which was warming. Loved how most of the staff you could easily approach and ask for assistance (other than being sent to 2 diff places to get my locker fixed since it wouldn't lock). My room at first glance was very clean and the bed i could actually sleep on comfortably. I found what could've been jam and a lollipop under the table in the room which was fixed quickly. Easy check in...

"Nice hotel sitting on a 5 star property with golf course ,horseback riding and hiking. I especially liked the indoor pool ,steam room and whirl pool. The buffet breakfast and dinner were also nice. If looking for less expensive meals,the Brassy Grill serves great burgers and chicken sandwiches. 10 minutes from the Hiawassee pickleball courts."

"From the moment we arrived at the gate, our name was beautifully printed on an envelope filled with information. We pulled up to this beautiful cozy hotel/resort. We were met with the valet, who unloaded the luggage and then offered us a complimentary glass of champagne she was so attentive to us, learned our names, explained everything about the layout. Our suite was huge, two TV's fireplace and a glorious plush bed. A three ring notebook filled with any questions you may have, both at Valhalla...

"The room was fully stocked. From the iron, ironing board, ice bucket, plunger, broom and dust pan, full size fridge, glass cups, utensils, plates, stove, microwave, blender, margarita maker, toaster, dishwasher, sink, equipped with dishwashing supplies, can opener…the list goes on. The couch was a nice touch that turns into queen size bed. The king size bed was spacious enough. The bathroom fully stocked with towels, toilet paper, tissue. I had enough of everything.
