"Pillows were pretty bad, no support and the shower head was pointed toward the wall making it hard to shower. Beds were just ok. Ac unit had some noise but not excessive."

"1. The room that we stayed in was a handicapped room - we didn't request it - we were assigned to it. CLEARLY, service animals have stayed in that room because it STUNK of DOG. We kept the AC down much more than comfortable just to try and reduce the smell. 2. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle. The shower head was a handheld, so not sure if that was a factor, but it took a long time to rinse. 3. Most of the included amenities were missing/out. There was no shampoo, body wash or tissues in the room and none were replenished each day during out 4-night stay, even though we had the room cleaned each day. 4. Two of the three ice machines on the property were broken and the female at the front desk wasn't any help. She went into the kitchen area looking for ice but came out empty handed, even though there was a large pitcher of iced, flavored water for guests to enjoy, so clearly, there was an ice source somewhere."

"Staff were very cordial and helpful; the breakfast bar was average, hotel-style but clean; and the attendant, Mary, was quite cheerful and nice. The room was reasonably clean. Beds were comfortable. Average room."

"The hotel was lovely and newly renovated. The complaint I had was there was a large group of young people/students who were hanging out in the lobby all night…literally all night. Speaking loudly in a large group, a few doors down from our room. It kept us up. I guess this hotel doesn’t have quiet hours?"
