"It’s a college town neighborhood, but quieter than expected. 10 uber ride to and from downtown. It was too hot to walk. Price was great for a game weekend. It is not fancy, but a good value. There is a small studio type apartment attached to the house that I first thought a little strange, but didn’t affect us at all. I liked that each of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. I would stay there again."

"Parking is a nightmare very tight. Check in you have to go through the hotel which they didn’t tell us. Pool is small and not very clean. Room was not very clean, had musty smell. Overall would not recommend."
