"This was one of the most beautiful and awesome properties I have ever stayed at. I FULLY enjoyed every moment. From check in and receiving complementary champagne and a box of Byrd's cookies to the sweet notes the housekeeper left, to enjoying the river walk, to all the amenities available. I truly would go back to Savannah just to stay at this property again. "

"The staff was incredible, the room was nice. The room did not have soap in it which was not a huge deal, as we brought some, but that did catch us off guard. The A/C was horrible though. The room wouldn’t cool down at all. A fan helped. The A/C worked, but the set up of the room had the vent blowing at the far wall, and completely away from the bed, which for hot sleepers means that we cannot get any sleep there. When I called about it, they sent up a fan which helped a lot, but it didn’t completely fix the issue. Shower was fine, towels were okay. "
