"Beautiful and charming hotel, river facing. We had a spacious, clean and beautiful room on the 5th floor. We loved the service and really everything about the hotel. The only suggestion for improvement is having another elevator since there was only one and the wait times could be long. There were also no readily viewable stairs that linked the 5th floor to the 4th floor but stairs were there from the 4th floor all the way to the 1st floor. Service was impeccable - Jess at the front desk along with everyone else was amazing. Highly recommended."
