"This hotel is in a great location and has lots of good amenities weather permitting. When we arrived we were able to check in a little before the check in time of 4pm which was nice. Once we got in the room, there were hairs and crumbs on the floor which made me feel like our room hadn’t really been cleaned. The next morning we were woken up at 7:30 to someone repeatedly tapping on our door saying room service. The next morning, we were woken up before 7:30 to 10 minutes of vacuuming right outside our door. "

"Great place to go and relax at. They have a lot of awesome pools. Like 6 pools, 3 inside and 3 outside. That includes 2 hot tubs. Also it's just a walk to the beach. Lots of shopping place to go to, also just a walk away."

"We loved the indoor pool, hot tubs, and lazy river since it was a little chilly this time of year, nice clean rooms, and a good laundry facility which was reasonably priced. "

"Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our room but the newly renovated rooms seemed much better. Floors were dirty. Pull out couch was dirty, thin and horrible to sleep on. Hot tub was cold and not as clean as we would have liked. "

"Everything was great. The only not great thing would be the onsite dinning/restaurants. They were not that great for the amount of money we paid to eat. The pool area was good. My 3 year old loved the splash pad. My 13 and 9 year old enjoyed the lazy river and slides. It was very clean. It was easy to get to the beach and everyone was really nice. "

"The room was ok. The handicapped bath was good. The mattress and pillows were hard. The complimentary breakfast each morning was good."
