"Overall very good for the price. We ended up cleaning the bathroom a little bit, but somethings were expected with the low price of the hotel. It was just me and my significant other for one week, and we didn't spend much time in the room. Nothing too dirty, staff was very friendly and super helpful. They always made good convo and what not, and was ready to help at any hour, even for our super late at night checkout. I would recommend this if you're trying to stay somewhere on a budget and don't plan on staying in your room much. No bugs or roaches. Not much we could've asked for at a budget place. We stayed in the "ocean view room". Hotel was a 5 min walk to the beach and maybe 10 mins at most to the main strip area. We had an amazing time!"

"We loved the location was on beach. Pools were great. The only issue we had was cleanliness, when we first checked in our room was not cleaned properly someone’s underwear were on floor of bathroom. So the moved us to another room the floors were dirty not vacuumed or swept. They don not clean rooms every day. Just refresh towels and trash every other day. They do a full clean on day 5. But did not wash dishes. The pool area needed attention throughput the day but none was given. Also no staff outside at pool area windows and doors to this area were extremely dirty, no cleaned for 5 days."

"Everyone of the staff were very friendly. The room was okay for a king ocean front but the coffee pot had to be moved because there wasn’t an outlet where it was whenever we arrived. They don’t offer housekeepers daily. Also they will not allow you to smoke on the balcony even though you don’t smoke with the sliding glass door open. I heard at least 15 people complaining about this issue and the issue of people who got a discount on their stay going to one of those time share things."

"Loved the hot tub, being able to close doors between the bedroom and living room was nice, bed was comfortable. I walked from the bed to bathroom with white socks on, when I got back to the bed, the socks were filthy. Then I walked barefoot and the carpet felt icky-wet. There needs to be a curtain or something between the kitchen and bathroom vanity for privacy. The beach was not accessible for my friend wth a cane. Our view was blocked by palm trees. I appreciate the privacy and safety of using the room card for all entries!"
