"It is a bit difficult for me to accurately review as I never actually got to see the room that I booked. The building was clean, modern and secure. Handily placed from the tube line and a few eateries in the near vicinity. I thought it was going to be a great option.
Check in was due to be 3pm. I arrived slightly early and told that my room was not yet ready. Fair enough, and not an issue. I was asked to wait in the foyer.

"Room was great… but finding the location and check in process was a complete nightmare. I was told that I should have received an email with check in information before I arrived, I did not received this and no information on the Hotels.com booking that told me I needed to do this.
There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong.
