I was told that I should have received an email with check in information before I arrived, I did not received this and no information on the Hotels.com booking that told me I needed to do this. There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong. "You need a key fob to get in the building and a physical key to get in the unit. Pickup for these was a 10 minute walk and included crossing a crazy intersection at Vauxhall. I had to get the keys from a convenience store and talked to someone who barely spoke English. The entire transaction seemed super shady.
