"Room was clean and staff generally were friendly. However, it was chaotic on Sunday morning during breakfast. I believe there were passengers from stranded flight and looked like shortage of staff to cater for breakfast needs. Not enough cutlery, no glasses and cups for drinks, no fruit juice. People were eating on sofas or else they'll have to wait too long for tables. Better organisation of staff and resources/facilities would have been less chaotic."

"Meals were average. My daughter ordered the kids fried rice which was inedible. Main reason we stayed was for the carparking near the airport yet their parking is $2 more per day than most hotels in the area and I was charged 3 days parking even though my car was not even there 48 hours. On the whole, I wouldnt stay again "
