House keeping is very efficient. Room were nice and clean.

Loved the hotel and proximity to a shopping mall and restaurants. It’s an easy walk to Chinatown and MRT stations. Rooms were clean and spacious, highly recommended for families traveling with small kids. Will stay again if we visit Singapore again.

Good location, rooms are very clean and the bathroom was large. Staff very friendly and eager to help and greet you every time you walk through the door.

The Grand Park City Hall was conveniently located - close to the MRT, that took us everywhere we wanted to visit. Staff looked after us, from the concierge, to those working in reception, and on breakfast and dinner duty (and btw, the food was delicious!). Our room (in a corner) was spacious. Lights, fan and air conditioner were all controlled from a small central digital panel, easy for me but difficult for my partner who has bigger fingers and couldn’t engage the buttons. The hotel is huge, we were on the 17th floor & the view was amazing. The room was spotlessly clean and well serviced. The staff are very helpful, giving us advice on buses etc, particularly Ali who helped us with the currency machine which ate our money and only gave us half back. The breakfast, well, there was something for everyone, hot, good food & plenty of choice. Buses stop right outside, and taxis are plentiful.

Great place to stay in singapore. Buffet breakfast was really nice. Rooms and overall hotel clean and modern. Hotel is walking distance to vast variety of restaurants along the river walkway as well. Railway and bus station is also just 3 to 4 mins of walk which makes it more convenient to travel around Singapore. Would highly recommend this place.

Good location and property. Very central. They have shower facilities post check out time, helping people who have late flights out of changi.

We booked into the Amoy being attracted by its character and atmosphere. Both factors were met admirably but as a bonus we found that the hotel was very close to a great range of restaurants, cafes and bars in close proximity. Also we were more than impressed by the extremely helpful and friendly staff who made us feel so welcome and couldn't have been more helpful.
