"We’re familiar with Singapore so an aparthotel slightly off the main drag worked for us. Easy to walk to the subway or bus stop, plus Fraser Suites offers a shuttle service. Efficient well-stocked kitchen for meals in. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Separate desk from the kitchen table kept work stuff away from food prep. Tub and shower, plenty of bathroom space to share. Quiet. Loved the walk along Alexandra Canal to Clarke Quay. Saw otters in the canal!"

"Great location from which to explore Singapore. Short walk to Fort Canning Metro. Great food options on site, else walk to Robertson Quay or Clarke Quay. Very spacious apartments, well appointed, great pool and gym on site."

"Biggest Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever seen, perhaps twice the size of most hotels in the chain. It was bustling all the time. Nice long, slender pool, where u can swim laps. Gym was small but fully equipped. Breakfast had more choices than typical breakfast buffet for the chain. "

"This review is for the "Standard Apartment, 2 Bedrooms" room. Pros: Clean room and facilities. Comes furnished with basic kitchen and bathroom amenities. Bedrooms and living room have their own AC controllers. Friendly staff. Convenient location (located above a small mall with grocery store, pharmacy, 7-Eleven and several food options; short walk to metro; medical clinic close by). Parking available for a fee. Cons: One of the showers had a drainage issue that caused water to pool quickly. No...

"With this hotel, the outstanding feature was the staff at reception, maintenence and especially on the main entry, helping us with luggage and taxis. The lobby bar staff were all friendly and attentive. I personally did not like the self serve breakfast. Too hectic and noisy."
