The location is ideal. Close to everything. Aspect is great.Clean spacious room & quiet common areas. Staff while helpful on most occassions should loosen up a bit more. Service with a smile would be great especially at the front desk. A truly wonderful property. Hope to get back there someday.

Very nice hotel for a work trip. I enjoyed the pool and gym, as well as the walk ability in the area. The property is in good condition and the staff was kind and helpful. I would return for a future visit.

The Carlton is a good choice for downtown Singapore. Good value, comfortable and the Wah Lok restaurant is exceptional. If you arrive in the morning bear in mind that formal check in is at 15.00. You will be able to have a shower at the pool, but won’t be able to access your room until 13.00 at the earliest.
