"Very quiet time of the year, we were the only ones for a huge wonderful breakfast. Room was a bit chilly the first night, but came okay after being "lived in". The room had an emergency light up high which meant the room was not completely dark. Bed, shower etc all good. Good location. We were very happy with our choice of accommodation on our return to Clacton after 37 years!! Recommend the Esplanade Hotel to everyone."
