"Well it was troubled from the start. Couldn’t get into property had to ask a neighbour after speaking to hotels.com direct (they were useless - Indian call centre didn’t have a clue) neighbour gave me owners number. Called her she said did let have lock keep number and she would contact who manages it. Nearly 2 hours after arriving we managed to get in!!!!
