"We had a lovely stay here - our second time in a couple of years. Friendly staff throughout the stay, easy parking, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and the courtyard was enjoyable in the sun with a couple of drinks."

"Only odd thing was that children couldn’t serve themselves from the breakfast buffet, so parental are busy going up and down instead. Also would recommend putting an electric car charger in the parking. Nice fish pond"

"Great location right in the centre of Rye and the staff were helpful. The room was bright and well cleaned. Enjoyed the breakfast. Would have been nice to get a bit more ventilation as the weather was so hot. Also the WI-FI was rather unreliable, working at first and then stopping. Overall, a good experience and would recommend."
