"The location is definitely the best part, it’s near Gran via and Chueca. It’s very quiet at night. Room and bathroom were very clean. Room was a little small. Staff was really friendly. my only complaint is that the stairs are wood and very slippery, I fell down the stairs. There is an elevator. Area is safe "

"You can not beat the location. Staff met me ontime and explained everything clearly plus had a wonderful attitude and helpful suggestions.They had a coffee set up for me and the facilities from kitchen supplies to a comfortable bed was excellent.
