The Space:
This unique stay includes two side-by-side homes in Merivale, joined by a private gate. Together they offer the perfect setup for large families or groups, with 7 bedrooms, 13 beds, and space for up to 16 guests.

The Small House
Newly renovated and centrally located, this unit features a spacious lounge with a pool table and darts, plus a private hot tub and a small putting green outside.
There are two bedrooms , one with a queen and single bed, and the other with a bunk and a single.
Enjoy strong Wi-Fi, Amazon Alexa, and Prime Video for entertainment.

The Big House
Full of charm and character, this Victorian-era home features all bedrooms upstairs, with a central lounge, kitchen, and dining area on the main floor.
There’s a guest toilet downstairs and a laundry room off the kitchen for added convenience.
A heat pump and heaters in each bedroom keep the home cozy, along with extra blankets and electric blankets. Outdoors, you’ll find a gas fireplace and another hot tub — perfect for unwinding after a day out.

Please note, one upstairs bedroom with two single beds is accessed through another room.

We also have a strict noise policy to respect neighbouring families with young children. Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
