With great living areas and a top location, this home offers a unique and memorable stay.

The Space:
Spacious and beautifully designed, this home offers room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Whether you're gathering in the lounge, sharing a meal, or unwinding in one of the many living areas, there's space for the whole group to feel comfortable.

Please note that outdoor activity is limited after 9:00 PM out of respect for neighbouring families. All events or gatherings must be pre-approved, and any additional guests require prior approval.

We will have a firm no noise policy after 9pm which is monitored and enforced.

Getting Around:
Very close to Riccarton Rd, which has access to Christchurch's full transport network.

This is a quiet residential area
Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum after 9:00 PM. All activity should move indoors by this time to respect our neighbours, many of whom have young children.

Doors must remain closed after 9:00 PM
This helps maintain a peaceful environment and prevent noise from carrying. Noise complaints may result in penalties or immediate intervention.

Parking is limited to four vehicles
Only off-street parking for four cars is permitted. No additional vehicles allowed.

No motorbikes or motorcycles
These are not permitted on the property under any circumstances.

No gang affiliation allowed
Any gang patches or gang association is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.

Great family home in a great location

Multiple bedrooms made for a comfortable stay with our family of 8. Pool table and darts entertained us all. Convenient location just 15 minutes from the airport and restaurants, close to New World grocery store.

Bel-Air experience

We had a wonderful stay as a large group of friends celebrating a couple of life’s milestones in style with a chef preparing and creating a special surprise degustation dinner. It catered for our large group perfectly. And a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Great place!

This Ohana house was perfect for what we need for our staff team work retreat. We needed a place big enough that would suit the different needs of families with young kids. The house was beautiful, clean and great for little ones. We very much enjoyed our short stay and look forward to hopefully come back again!

Fantastic house

Really great house with great facilities for a large family or group but can see why they are so strict on the house rules about noise given the proximity of the neighbours to the outdoor living area. The only thing that wasn't made clear was that the 6th bedroom is accessed through another bedroom. However, we had a great stay and would book again if in the area.

Enjoy stay in Bel Air Mansion, Riccarton

We enjoyed staying in Bel Air Mansion. The house is very big, clean. The kitchen is good and complete. The billiard table is good we can have fund playing billiard there. The host is responsive. Only one point that the hot water was not running about 10:15pm until 6:30am, which some of us cannot take shower during that time. After we sent message on 6:15am, the hot water was running again about 6:30am. Overall was good.

Christchurch Manor

To complete the Bel Aire Mansion a pool . Maybe the Spa out the back with all the outdoor amenities. Has a lovely feel and we had an amazing stay .

Just fell short

A few things to be aware of before you book. The central heating was not working, and the house is large so it’s needed. The property managers weren’t helpful on arrival to get it working. Someone came the next day but had no luck. I think this was connected to the heated towel rails also not working. The outdoor fireplace only works (20 min at a time) if you press the ignition button along with using a light and match. Its must be an old fireplace. The flames were coming out a bit too far as well. The kitchen is not well equipped for the size of the house. The odd mouse was seen running around the kitchen. Also note the spa pool is at the front near the road, not on the deck as the photos. It’s a bit weird and cold run to the house.
