Staff are really helpful. Came to Chicago on a cold rainy day and got to the hotel at around 1pm. So thankful that we were accommodated for an early check in. Also, the proximity to the airport and the 24/7 shuttle service is definitely a huge plus. So convenient especially if you have early flights. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Very beautiful and clean rooms and lobby. There is a bar downstairs and food within walking distance. Shuttle goes every 20 mins to midway which is very convenient. Highly recommend if you have an early morning flight out of midway.
