We had an excellent stay at Torraccia di Chiusi. You'll be staying in an older, refurbed building hundreds of years old, set on a farm. The breakfast was excellent and the opt-in 4 course dinner for $25 with apertivo right before was outstanding. Don't expect to know what you're getting as the team come up with it each day based on what they have to hand.
We only had two minor issues with our room which was the air con and fridge. The fridge didn't work, but I'd suggest simply getting rid of...
