Nice place and nice staff

Excellent

The staff were very attentive and considered our needs as a family for our room placement and attractions. Little touches like the hotel car to take you to close by attractions (within reason and if it was available) was priceless! Location and accessibility to the Wharf and all its restaurants, again very convenient and top notch!

Great hotel in great location. Go every time if you can afford it.

All good!

Lovely hotel and room. Fantastic club.

Nice hotel but were not informed that 1) the place was under renovations so the restaurant and bar were a makeshift set-up in what looked like a banquet hall, and 2) the "club lounge level" was not functional because of covid restrictions. Cleanliness, staff, room... all good. I just believe there should be some kind of notification that all amenities are not available.

Just outstanding in all facets. Not your typical commercial 5 star hotel either which was really nice. A hotel with great character and very friendly attentive staff.

Highly recommended hotel a short stay but excellent location to major attractions. Hotel staff was very welcoming after a long journey great customer service and excellent communication on all our questions.

excellent if pricey breakfast. Lovely room spacious, clean. And hotel location suited me perfectly.

From the moment my taxi pulled into the driveway to the moment 8 days later my taxi pulled away my stay at the Hay- Adams was simply divine! The staff are above excellence with their courtesy, professionalism and efficiency. The Hotel is beautifully appointed and in a fantastic location. My room was lovely and the maid service (both morning and night) was wonderful, so very efficient. It was a marvellous 8 days and I can't wait to go back again.
