"keys not available upon check-in; communication with host convoluted with management company being itself managed by warehoused -- spend literally hours on phone getting info on checking in and then getting keys for apt when i arrived. place clean but sterile and pictures were deceptive -- the space felt cramped with one of the rooms just an empty room. "

"Beautiful facility, quiet and clean. Room was great and spacious and trendy... the bed on the other hand was cheap and uncomfortable.. the couch was more comfortable. I would stay there again but hopefully they change the mattress. Everyone there is very friendly also!"

"Owner was very attentive and responsive to all my texts and emails. Allowed me to stay one extra night because our flight changed. Place was cozy and perfect for us because we were visiting friends in the area. Small hiccup with the hot water in the shower, but one text to the owner and is was resolved. I loved the neighborhood as it was all families and school buses in the morning. Only criticism is that it's near a busier street and it can get noisy at night."

"Do not stay here or with any Global Luxury Suites properties. There was virtually no communication with the host. Upon entering the property, it was not cleaned very well. The second thing I noticed was that the toilet seat was broken, turned sideways. The hinges were snapped off and I had to call the emergency 800 number to report. Here is a list of items that were very upsetting to say the least. Not clean, walls and floors looked like someone had thrown a party the night before, floors had...
