"Location was perfect. TV was not working so I had to watch them install new tv for about an hour. Interesting they don’t have ice machines because there are ice buckets in the room? We asked for ice to be delivered on our way out to dinner but it never arrived. Had never seen a front and back lobby/registration before. Was a little confusing. Front desk staff professional. Bellman who met us at the garage was very nice and helpful. "

"Really enjoyed the ambience of this boutique hotel! Styled in a retro theme, and carrying music records in the hotel room is a nice touch. However, there were some expected things I wish the hotel provided like complimentary water bottles and ensuring hot water for the shower. Not sure if I would book again because those things are a priority/basic thing for me, but it was nice to experience only a first time. "Check in was great, breakfast was basic but enough. The two ladies that looked after the breakfast area were very diligent and did not stop working. One guy on reception was a bit of a let down.
