"really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt. The location was perfect right by the wharf, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was included and offered a great start to the day. Getting around was so convenient, with plenty of options like electric bikes and scooters that made traveling to different spots simple and fun. I loved being able to take in the views while exploring. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay!"

"From arrival to departure, the Valet, Porter, House Cleaning and Front Desk personnel were corteous, helpful, and attentive. The room was clean, and all amenities nice. "

"The phone on our room didn't work to call the front desk, so we called the reservations desk to ask for toothpaste (we forgot it)and bar soap (wasn't in the bathroom). They sent toothbrush and toothpaste, but we got it sorted. The toilet paper holder fell off on the middle of the night, clanging loudly, so another call to the reservations desk and a few visits later, it was repaired. Overall, friendly helpful staff and good room. Oh, pay attention to where your room is. The hotel spans an entire block so where you arrive and leave and the location of your room are important to note."
