10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed the social daily and the breakfast. It was a nice treat. The space in the room was great and we didn’t feel like we had to get out right away in the morning. "
"My stay was pretty good. Room was small but clean. Downside was the view...looking into another building. Wish the food options in the hotel were better."
"From arrival to departure, the Valet, Porter, House Cleaning and Front Desk personnel were corteous, helpful, and attentive. The room was clean, and all amenities nice. "
"We loved our stay. Check in was smooth and very thorough with helpful information. If you are bringing a car, parking is a simple process. Hotel is a great location. Hotel staff were super nice and knowledgeable. "
"The phone on our room didn't work to call the front desk, so we called the reservations desk to ask for toothpaste (we forgot it)and bar soap (wasn't in the bathroom). They sent toothbrush and toothpaste, but we got it sorted. The toilet paper holder fell off on the middle of the night, clanging loudly, so another call to the reservations desk and a few visits later, it was repaired. Overall, friendly helpful staff and good room.
Oh, pay attention to where your room is. The hotel spans an entire block so where you arrive and leave and the location of your room are important to note."
"The hotel public spaces were very nice and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Don’t miss afternoon tea in Peacock Alley, my grandchildren really enjoyed the experience. There is a little museum with the history of the hotel, we found it quite interesting. "
