"Don’t expect good customer service at this resort. Check in and restaurant reservations are very unorganized. People jumping in front of others that have been waiting. DO NOT RESERVE THE ROMANTIC DINNER ON THE BEACH! It was a disaster. During our dinner the Lights shut off (then we were attacked by swarms of bugs in our food) and we had to finish it in the restaurant. It was suppose to be romantic and just us but we finished with others and subjected to crying babies and cold lobster and steak. Resort didn’t offer anything or even a discount. IT WAS A DISASTER! Fan and AC in the room did not work. I would not recommend this resort. "

"We stayed there for a week with our friends and that was a good thing we were with friends as there was very little entertainment and in the evening your option was get drunk or read a book. Twice 2 restaurants at a time were closed for dinner and that created long wait to get food. Staff was nice and helpful, rooms are spacious however outdated, internet was good in the lobby but scatchy in the room the best part was the beach clean of seaweed and we could snorkel right off the beach."

"Everything was great and the views were too. Wish the beach was a little bigger where it is. Maybe finding a way to open those rocks formation. Food was good and only 10 bucks to get to shopping via taxi. "

"Very nice property - beautiful. Plenty of pool and beach chairs. Staff friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms, property, pool and beach. Ocean entry from beach is dead coral, so swim shoes/socks are needed. There is a pier with steps to enter the water and there are fish for snorkeling. Dressel Drivers are on site for booking water sports. Nightly entertainment is LOTS OF FUN!!! Top shelf drinks! Food is very good. Wildlife is excellent! We booked a Jr Suite that slept 4. Private bedroom with barn style sliding door to living room that makes a separate bedroom. Flat screen TVs in both rooms. Walk-in closet with safe in master bedroom and a deck with chairs, table and hammock.. Living room had sofa-bed, table and chairs and minifridge (beer and soda). and entry to the only bathroom, which is a very nice bathroom with shower only. There are refillable water stations pretty much everywhere. We've stayed at many Iberostar Reports (multiple in Cancun, Playa Del Carmen and Tulum and Dominican Republic) and would return. Flight in was great even with the Government/TSA shutdown BUT missed our connecting flight outbound due to Dallas ground stop. Had to get a hotel and fly out the next day. I will give props to our American Airline Rep who took care of our luggage, gave us info on where to stay and got us booked for the next flight home. She even taped up our damaged bag (totaled) - bc of her we didn't loose any belongings."

"I have nothing but good things to say about this resort. It had everything we were looking for and more. Staff was all excellent, especially Miguel our pool waiter. We did not leave the resort the entire week and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We have 2 young kids (2 & 4) and they also had a blast. I would definitely go back."

"One of the best trips we had done in the Caribbean this trip was #10 #1 to Cozumel. Scuba diving was really good all the staff was helpful specially Victor with cleaning and helping fix a problem I had with my gear. Coaky and Pueblo were great dive masters. Food was ok at 2 of the restaurants other 2 were good just pricey for what they are we did half food on resort other half took a taxi to town. Would advise going day one to mega store and getting some extra drinks beer and snacks for room was fun just doing that adventure. Will definitely come back and recommend. "
