"We had such a pleasant stay at Cozumel! The rooms were very clean and we loved that it came with a hammock. The food was honestly very satisfactory for an all inclusive — we enjoyed the snack bar and restaurant a lot! Just make sure you ask for the hours of each (buffet/snack bar/restaurant) so you are aware. The bar also had great drinks! All of our activities were booked through the hotel as well which was very helpful. You can snorkel and dive at the hotel but we also booked ATV riding, cenote swimming, and stingray meeting! Tony at the resort who hosted our karaoke was great :) all the staff were very very friendly. "

"Disappointed. Food was mediocre. Never hot, usually cold. Poor selection of food in the buffet area. Waiting in lines for an omelet was extremely long., Service was slow or food never came. Lighting in bathroom was very poor, difficult to see anything. Offered great deals on excursion but then told had to go through a 90 minute presentation on a Member Plan to get the deals. Lasted 2.5 hours.... painful high pressures sales. Has a tiny beach and not other beachfront to walk along."

"The home is beautiful, and well maintained for the most part. There is some challenges with areas that leaked water only during a very big storm – however those are gonna happen in Mexico, so probably important to ensure that the leaking areas have good maintenance and attention.Had an incident where my partner got locked in a bathroom because the door knob was not working properly, so just encouraged the property manager to upgrade those door knobs. If there was a risk it could happen because he said it had happened to a previous guest as well in a different room.The property manager was super responsive, amazingly helpful, added a toaster that we requested and replaced the coffee machine with a better one as we requested within a few hours. Couldn’t have asked for better service.I don’t know that this is the owner or property manager’s fault, but the pool was actually super cold. It’s in kind of a shaded area, and so it was really tough to enjoy actually swimming in it. The areas that along the side that are at a shallow depth, we definitely walked around in and kicked our feet in, and that was great, but swimming in it unless you were super hot and needed relief was not very comfortable. If possible/affordable would be great to maybe add a little heater to it.Overall, I definitely recommend this home. You’ll have a great trip to Mexico. I do think what I paid for it - which included VRBO taxes and fees of a 285 a night is too expensive for Cozumel. "

"100 percent would stay here again. I recommend a mirror in the kitchen. Just so when the bathroom is being occupied by your significant other you can get ready and not have to wait. Amazing food recommendations. Amazing location."

"Villas Samna are in a idyllic garden setting in the midst of the jungle. The gardens are beautifully groomed. The hosts Marina, Diana, Blanca and Tanya are so warm and kind, making our stay delightful!"

"The property was in some disrepair. Unfortunately, it has not been maintained as well as we had expected. This included no hot water in one of the buildings. We also had to request someone to come clean the property, as it was dirty upon arrival. The owner obliged the following day.The pool was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The property is large, lush and private. Good location to beaches, as well as groceries and downtown. We made the best of it and the kids enjoyed our stay. "
