"I recently stayed at the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa All Inclusive in Mexico, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish! The resort is absolutely stunning — surrounded by lush tropical gardens, pristine beaches, and beautiful pools. Every corner feels like paradise. The staff were beyond amazing — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The service throughout the resort was top-notch, whether at the front desk, restaurants, or poolside bars. The food and drinks were fantastic! There were so many options, from delicious buffets to à la carte restaurants with international cuisine. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the cocktails were perfectly mixed. The villas where I stayed were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. I especially loved the attention to detail — the housekeeping team kept everything immaculate. The beach and pool areas were perfect for relaxing, and there was always something to do — from snorkeling and kayaking to live shows and entertainment in the evenings. The spa was also an amazing highlight — peaceful, rejuvenating, and a great way to unwind. Overall, I can’t recommend this resort enough! "We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen. The rooms were amazing and clean. The in suite jacuzzi was my favorite. The food was incredible. My favorites were Rincon Mexicano (tacos and flan!), Asiana, Dolma (chicken parm and crème brûlée) and Spice! If you go to Spice, look for Miguel! He was really awesome! Would definitely recommend Hyatt vivid to friends and family! I will visit again! "

"Staff is the big standout for us. Everybody was helpful. The Executive Chef managed a great kitchen with delicious choices. The Property needs a refresh in terms of looking impeccable with EVERYthing working properly. We will go back to Iberostar again, and we aren't even divers!"
