"For the price paid, you can't expect everything to be perfect."

"Room was pretty clean a few spots on the carpet but my socks didn’t turn black from walking on the carpet. I enjoyed the daily maid service. We were really only here to sleep and it served that purpose. The shower head was broken and it really struggled to get a good stream of water. Make sure you book the “deluxe” room or you will not have a microwave/ refrigerator I had to pay an extra $70 for our 4 night stay to get this “upgrade”. Uber or Lyft are your best option to get to/from Disneyland. Pool area looked small we never used it. I wouldn’t stay again due to the distance from Disney (1.2 mile walk)."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Expedias pictures are extremely deceptive!! Carpet stains throughout the entire place, mold in our shower and ripped shower curtain, furniture was horrible, mattress was unbearable, none of the electrical outlets worked. Hot tub fenced off. THE SHUTTLE ONLY OPERATES CERTAIN HOURS AND WAS STANDING ROOM ONLY."

"Cafe in the lobby is nice but understaffed. Many people standing in line during the morning rushed ended up leaving before placing an order. The hotel charges a $25 per day resort fee but gives you that amount at credit at the cafe. It appears it’s understaffed intentionally. We checked in and headed straight to dinner. When we got back from dinner we learned they gave our rooms away…AFTER we had already checked it. Made no effort to fix their error and instead said we could cancel our reservation. There are better hotels in the area. "
