"Coffee machine did not work. TV did not work. The toilet had no lock. I paid for non functional room. I feel cheated."

"Arrived to the hotel, unable to place a request for early check in front desk states they don't do that there. Arrived to hotel they charged my card for parking, resort fees, amenities, and $200 deposit. Pool was closed during our visit for the week, only thing available was a basketball court, 3-hole putt golf. Breakfast is horrible. Same old breakfast everyday hetabold real fast. Paid full price for room unable to use pool or slides, why did I get billed at cost in lieu of a discount since they reason we were staying there was bc of the water park etc. Ordered pizza n wings to take up to my room and they forgot to bring up, when I came down food was cold. No one offered for refund my money. Sofa bed in my room had stains along with carpet this used to be my fav spot that totally are letting it go."

"Excellent location walking distance to Mimi’s, iHop and Disneyland entrance. Pros… twin chair bed and heated pool. Cons…. Room is extremely small, pillows are horrible, thin hard blankets and towels. Would I stay here again??? Yes because of the location"
