"Stayed with a friend overnight for New Years for the Rose Bowl Parade. The Apt looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen is sparsly stocked with basic necessities. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Right next to the Bunny Museum. The only downside as a planner and traveling for 6 hours the property management would not send me the property information until an hour before checking in. Hence the minus one star."

"Spent a week here while visiting family in Pasadena. Property is very clean with basic furnishings. Dedicated parking space a plus. While we did not use the kitchen except for making coffee in the morning, it could potentially use some additional things for those who do plan to eat or cook there, even as simple as salt and pepper. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area again and need a place to stay."

"The property was under some exterior construction when we arrived so seeing a boarded-up house was a bit unnerving at first. We weren't expecting much but the interior was very nice! The interior is smaller than I expected at roughly 1300 sq ft but 4 bedrooms with king size beds were perfect for our group. It is super bright inside, and we had a great time.
