"Overall the house was very nice. There were several items that were labeled as non functional or do not touch as far as appliances. Was very clean and spacious. The boarding pass process through Marbella was very new to me as I’m used to working directly with the app only. However, once having had the experience, it’s easily doable the second time. We were confused not having been from California which trashcans were for what as there were three total. Hopefully we did it right with recyclables and normal trash. Very clean and comfortable home. Plenty of parking spaces and communication was fast with Marbella representatives.Jacuzzi tub and pool were nice features. "

"I booked for Whittier but ended in Hacienda Heights. The photos were from Whittier vagabond. There was a lot of guests there were dealing and addicts picking up. The cops were there every night, The ice machine worked the first 2 days then nothing. Beds were not changed, the rooms were cleaned and trash taken out. The bed skirts were dirty and stained carpet was dirty. Bathroom door slammed into the sink if the door was open."
