"Great location, very close to MTR and Causeway Bay"
Overall the hotel was good and staff friendly. The only issue I had was with the shuttle between hotel and airport. When going to the hotel I went counter in the airport and was on a shuttle (mini van) within 20 minutes and at half the price of what a taxi would have cost. However when trying to come back I was told I need to reserve the shuttle 24 hours in advance!?! woildnjave been nice if that information was shared in advance, say perhaps during check-in... So I was forced to pay the higher fare of taking a taxi.
Other than that issue, no complaints.
The room had enough room for the Hotel in Asia and the Bathroom was very functional and well finished. The bonus to staying here was the smartphone, with data, tourist info and maps for use while staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly enough and spoke adequate English. The location was ok, close to the Subway, but not much else. Overall a good place to stay in Hong Kong.

Top class hotel, lovely rooms, small but well appointed. Lovely shower. It's quiet but close to everything with excellent staff who went out of their way to help with every detail.
The only area that could do with improvement is the breakfast, which wasn't bad at all, but compared to everything else wasn't of the same high standard.
It was very happy to stay in this hotel during this trip, nice design, good services. Very good location 5 mins to shopping area and MTR. If I have a trip to HK for sure I will stay here again. Worth every moment.

"Excellent location near MTR, quiet neighborhood."
I stayed here for several nights and found it an excellent jumping off point to explore Hong Kong. I'd describe it as high quality no frills; the cleanliness and maintenance couldn't be faulted, but the rooms are not enormous or what I'd call luxurious. MTR proximity made getting around easy, and the wifi/lobby computers were reliable and fast.
Great location, directly behind the Mall and train station.
The breakfast that was included was not that good. It was not a buffet. 4 choices on the menu that were not that great. The beds and pillows were a bit hard.

It is a convenient place to stay. located right in the centre of hong kong, just between times square and around the corner from Sogo in causeway bay. prime shopping, easy access to transport. The rooms were a little smaller than I expected, but we were lucky enough that our bathroom walls were opaque glass, and not completely see-through. The toilet door however, could not be close while using it...so that made from some uncomfortable bowel motions. Having to ask the other person to leave the room and go for a walk around Times Square got a bit tedious. The shower either has the temperatures of scorching hot, or bordering on cold as balls, if you wanted to shower during peak times. The sheets were made daily, and new bath towels. No soap for the sink though. Staff were generally very helpful when we had problems/issues. Fairly cheap.
Also referred to as East Point, Causeway Bay is a shoppers’ delight. This high-density district is home to a large number of trendy stores, shopping malls, the 13-story Sogo Department Store, and Times Square indoor shopping complex. Here, both local and imported fashion labels hang side by side. Many stores are open until the wee hours.
