It was very happy to stay in this hotel during this trip, nice design, good services. Very good location 5 mins to shopping area and MTR. If I have a trip to HK for sure I will stay here again. Worth every moment.

Top class hotel, lovely rooms, small but well appointed. Lovely shower. It's quiet but close to everything with excellent staff who went out of their way to help with every detail.
The only area that could do with improvement is the breakfast, which wasn't bad at all, but compared to everything else wasn't of the same high standard.
The place is ok, but is you are used to European/American rooms, you'll have some hard time adapting to the tiny rooms offered here.
I traveled alone, and got a room for 2: it was just enough for myself. Forget about having 2 suitcases: I had problems finding place for one. No desk, and very little room to move around. I'm not that tall, but I couldn't fit that well in the bed.
Forget about privacy: the bathroom/toilet has a window to the bedroom! If you share the room with someone else, well...that someone else will see you taking showers and the rest. Further more, the bathroom uses a sliding door that doesn't even close as one would expect.
The safe is small: you can lock a tablet, wallet, and few other things. No chance to have your laptop fit in!
I was at the 35th floor, and yet the background noise was problematic: use earplugs! More on noise: the walls are thin, and I had a door to the next room! I could hear nearly everything from my neighbours
- Easy to get here from Causeway Bay station (exit A) ,
- the concierge sold me the tickets to the Lantau cable way, and saved me 2 hours of queuing.
- During my last day I left my suitcase at the concierge till 9pm, and I even used a restroom to change my clothes before going to the airport
- WiFi was ok, but didn't let me use my VPN

The room had enough room for the Hotel in Asia and the Bathroom was very functional and well finished. The bonus to staying here was the smartphone, with data, tourist info and maps for use while staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly enough and spoke adequate English. The location was ok, close to the Subway, but not much else. Overall a good place to stay in Hong Kong.

Also referred to as East Point, Causeway Bay is a shoppers’ delight. This high-density district is home to a large number of trendy stores, shopping malls, the 13-story Sogo Department Store, and Times Square indoor shopping complex. Here, both local and imported fashion labels hang side by side. Many stores are open until the wee hours.
