"I booked Family Suite and it was spacious for 3 people so at a place like Hong Kong where Space matters this was a good choice. Hotel staff is always very courteous and ready to help.
I enjoyed my stay."

"We stayed at this hotel from 9/9/25 to 22/9/25 and the only thing we can advise is do not stay at this hotel if you come from a western country. The staff treat the people from the UK totally different to the Chinese in the level of service they provide.
We booked a Deluxe Harbour View room but upgraded to one with Club access and we were glad that we did. The room had a great view of Victoria Harbour but the hotel did not comply with our request of a high floor. The room was on the 12th floor but most club rooms were between the 18th and 20th floors.
The reason we upgraded to one with club access was that breakfast was included in the price. Although it was somewhat limited in the choice you had, and was mostly warm at best, it did save us quite a lot of money. However, the club room staff were annoying because they watched your every move, and as soon as one of you finished eating they would come and take the plate away. Despite this we were glad we did have the club access because all meals at the hotel were extremely expensive for what they provided.
With regards the 5 star rating this hotel is given at best we would rate it a 3 star playing at 5 stars.
Concerning the location it is to far out of the main attractions although the MTR is close.
Therefore our advice is do not stay at this hotel and stay at one of branded hotels like the Hyatt if you are from the UK or English speaking country.

"A Truly Exceptional Stay at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong
Our stay at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service that made us feel instantly welcome.
We stayed in a bay-facing room, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning panoramic look over Victoria Harbour—watching the sunrise and city lights at night from our room was a highlight of our trip. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable.
One thing that really stood out was the impeccable cleanliness. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, which gave us a strong sense of comfort and care. Housekeeping was consistent and detail-oriented, ensuring the room stayed fresh and inviting every day.
The hotel’s overall atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and relaxing charm. We loved the facilities—especially the gorgeous infinity pool with harbor views and the excellent dining options. Breakfast at Big Bay Café offered an incredible spread of local and international dishes in a bright, airy setting. Whether you're visiting Hong Kong for business or leisure, we can’t recommend Kerry Hotel enough. It was a truly memorable experience, and we’ll definitely be returning!

"Staff were great, they will greet you as soon as you get off your car/taxi and bring your luggage to your room. They also surprised me with a birthday note and cake which was really appreciated. We booked the deluxe harbour view so the view was amazing day and night. Property/room was very clean, spaceous with nice amenities. A lot of dining and shopping options around. Close to the mtr. They have restaurants on site but we did not get to check them out. We will be back."
