"Excellent value hotel, less than five minutes walk to the harbour and ferry, and an easy 25-30 min red taxi to and from the airport. Good gym. Pinky, the front desk manager, was extremely helpful when we had a small issue with our room. Very happy to recommend. "

"From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at this hotel truly stood out. We arrived early, but the bell boys took our luggage and put the aside until we could check in. When we got to our room, our luggages were already in the room. Every staff member greeted us warmly each time they saw us, and we consistently felt respected, valued, and genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and professionalism made a lasting impression. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a fairly roomy layout that allowed us to relax without feeling cramped. The bed was equally generous in size and extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the most convenient aspects of this hotel is its location — having a shopping mall directly downstairs made everything incredibly accessible, from dining options to last-minute shopping. It added a level of convenience that enhanced our overall experience. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming stay that we would happily return to."
