Smooth check in, the front desk staff was welcoming and polite.
Spacious and beautiful room comparing to other hotels in the area.
The only downside was the housekeeping staff rang the bell at around 1145 (15 mins BEFORE our check out time) and asked whether the room can be cleaned or not. It felt really instrusive and interruptive as we were already busy hurrying ourselves to get ready for the checkout.
It would be a perfect experience if the housekeeping staff could leave us alone and patiently wait outside of the room.

The hotel needs a major renovation. Tiredness was seen everywhere. The room was cramped with nowhere to sit other than the bed. There was only 1 very uncomfortable desk chair that has absolutely no cushion. The lighting was pathetic. It was so dark especially in the corridor.

Loved the chinese food options. Super friendly staff. The laundry favility was a god send. The lobby was kept cool and just an overall wonderful stay.
