"We had a fantastic stay at Evan’s house! The location is very convenient about 35min drive to the South Gate entrance to Yosemite National Park. The house is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus for our group with 6 adults and 2 kids. Evan was a great host—responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay near Yosemite! The only caveat I would offer is I...

"We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is perfectly located on top of a mountain. The drive isn’t bad at all. if you’re into nature and just want some peaceful time away from the city noise, this is the place for you. A nice size pool and a hot tub is a bonus. We watched the sunset and it was absolutely phenomenal. The host is super friendly and attentive. In addition, he gave us useful tips so we can enjoy our stay and be safe. Thank you Chad! "The biggest perk is the size of the home - very spacious, well decorated with the nature theme, and a small outdoor space. It is in a remote location, so being comfortable with country roads is important and your cell service provider may not work. Very peaceful, beautiful nature and a sky full of stars. And it was clean enough."

"The cabin was beautiful & cozy that our family had such a wonderful relaxing time. Very clean & well stocked with all amenities for a pleasant stay. It feels very private & has an amazing view. We even had some deer sightings on the property. Cabin is not far from Yosemite & liked that it wasn’t too far from local markets & restaurants. Will definitely love to come back soon!"

"We were so disappointed with this rental. The owner is nice but blamed all issues on the previous renters. They let us drop our food off early. When I let the owner know how dirty the place was she said: "Well we didn't have time because of the early check in." The house was filthy: 1. Spiders and cobwebs everywhere 2. "Stayed for a few days while we visited Yosemite. The house wave lovely to relax and enjoy time together. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, We didn't use the hot tub because it was 100+ degrees outside every day we were there but it was available and looked very clean. It is very secluded and cell service is spotty but wi-fi works great in the house."

"We had an issue with a coffee pot, but were able to use the second one in the studio. I let them know for the next group, but 30 minutes later there was a knock at the door with a new one! We loved the property- so many wonderful places to relax in such a beautiful setting."
