I would recommend Motel 6 but not Merced. It appears to be experiencing economic hardship. Over 30 percent of the shops in Merced Shopping mall are empty

"The house was clean and had decor that also allowed us room for our things. We wished that the weather was warm enough to swim. The pool area looked very inviting. The location is very convenient and close to many restaurants and grocery stores."
