Lovely, clean and well-equipped house (we really appreciated the air conditioning in the hot weather) with a fabulous pool, great outdoor patio area and garden and a lovely view. Very private and quiet but within quick easy access of nearby towns and beautiful cove beaches. Great communications with the hosts Pablo amd Cristina to sort out arrival details and very responsive during our stay to any questions. Great recommendation too on Alfok...

"Leider ist das Haus in einem nicht so gutem Zustand.Der Jakuzzi und die Sauna dürfen nicht benutzt werden,was nirgends steht.Der Pool ist einem schlechten Zustand.Sind schon einen Tag ehr abgereist"

"Belle villa tres bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la vue magnifique sur la mer qui n’est pas mise en avant sur l’annonce. Les 2 chambres du studio sont parfaites, par contre elles n’ont pas un accès direct au reste de la villa (l’accès se fait par l’extérieur). Nous avons aimé son emplacement proche des petits commerces et restaurants et à 10’ a pied de la grande plage de Pals. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! 3 étages donc attention aux marches ! "

"Très bel emplacement, à 5mns à pied du supermarché, et à 30mns de la plage à pied. Environnement très calme. Maison propre et possibilité de garer 2 véhicules à l'intérieur de la propriété. Côté équipement, une bouilloire électrique serait peut-être à prévoir, ainsi qu'un sèche cheveux et un fer à repasser. Très bon contact avec l'agence immobilière, par ailleurs."
