"We told the reception we’d be there at 12pm, when we got here doors were closed we had to buzz the reception. There was a parking charge. Not a big deal however was not made aware of it on the hotels.com website. The room and hotel are dated, there was no supper service on the night we stayed. Area was fairly quiet and breakfast was adequate. Not sure if the parking garage door was ever closed overnight, it was open when we went to bed and open in the morning. Lots of people parking infront of the garage door and we had to wait for them to leave. The air conditioner dripped all over the floor and the shower leaked thru the glass door and we had half the water coming out of the spout and the other half from the shower head. Also the tub drain did not, we had water above our ankles. Overall pass on this place the last straw was they charged us for ice. "

"Very noisy at night. Walls are thin in this hotel. Great location close to Montserrat. Beds comfy. Close to highway. Plenty of parking"

"Wow! This hotel is a work of art. It is newly renovated using the best hand crafted workmanship. The staff is friendly, bilingual (at least). Breakfast was great too. We picked Can Ferres because we visited Montserrat and Cava Codorniu. We highly recommend Can Ferres."

"We booked this B&B while we were planning to take in the surrounding Penedes region. The only issue we had was that we didn't give ourselves enough time to fully appreciate the property. The owners and staff are so hospitable and gracious. The landscape and relax spaces are expertly maintained, you'll find animals and a garden on the property as well. Beds were super comfortable, would say it was my best sleep in all of Spain. We enjoyed two meals at the B&B and every bite was amazing. I would say have the duck if you haven't already and take them up on the Catalan inspired dishes. The steak tartare was also a favourite and they prepare it on the table right in front of you. This place is about 15 mins from most vineyards/wineries so please do check them out and don't book anything under 3 nights, especially if you're doing anything else in the region. "

"A beautiful, old-style hacienda with all the modern conveniences. Beautiful views, an amazingly kind and helpful host, fantastic kitchen and bathroom amenities. I deeply enjoyed rambling down the farm access roads and discovered an amazing bonus in the restaurant next door: weekday lunch deal for less than $15 -- including a bottle of their own vineyard's wine! My only issue was with public transit -- the buses in the area are more aspirational than predictable and taxi drivers don't like taking fares into the country. Rent a moped to get to and from the local train stations (which are cheap, clean, and *very* reliable)."
